When sizing your ring, the following points should be considered to find the perfect fit.
Go for a snug fit.
A ring should go on smoothly and be hard to take off. That means you have the right fit, and the ring is sized correctly for the finger, minimising the risk of loss and wear.
Seasons can also determine your correct ring size.
Your fingers tend to change size throughout the year, especially during summer and winter. They may swell up a little during the hot summer months, so keep that in mind when checking the size during the winter to ensure the ring doesn’t become uncomfortable to wear during those warmer months.
Warm up your hands.
If you’ve just come in from the cold or naturally have colder hands, we recommend warming them to room temperature for the most accurate ring sizing.
In some cases, you may get two different finger measurements or find that a ring you wear fits differently from time to time. In this case, go for the bigger size. If the ring fits too tightly, it may cause irritation when soap etc. builds up underneath and can’t escape because of the tightness.
Consider the width of the band.
The wider the band, the tighter it will fit, we recommend going up .25 to .5 size for wider band designs
